Earlier today, Πλατεία Συντάγματος, Athens:
Eagainst has been reporting on the strike in Athens all day, right as the Greek government passes austerity measures. It's only a matter of time before things go directly down the toilet over there, if they haven't already. Comrades in the Greek state are strong and they fight against these quasi-tyrants with diligence; I give them all the solidarity on earth now that they are facing fascists and a political system which could very likely fall to fascist hands. It looks more and more like a brewing insurrection or civil war with each strike or protest.
More information about the austerity bill can be read here.
